Return Policy
Return and exchange Policy:
1. You have 30 days for a refund or an exchange. You can return the product
in its original condition if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
2. If the watch was damaged or you received an incorrect item, please include
a note explaining the exact problem with the order.
3. Shipping and handling is not refundable unless you receive an incorrect
or damaged item.
4. No returns can be accepted without a Return Authorization
Number. To receive
your RA number, please contact a customer representative at (717) 735-3693
or 1-800-822-8813 or select the contact us link to send us an e-mail.
5. Any items that have been damaged, abused or altered in any way cannot be
returned.
Returning your Order
When returning your order, please follow these Shipping Instructions to avoid
having your package returned to you.
1. Call our customer service department at (717) 735-3693 or 1-800-822-8813
to receive your Return Authorization Number. Write this
number on the outside
of the box next to the shipping address.
2. Please make sure the package you are returning is postmarked within 30
days of the shipping receipt.
3. Please be sure to ship packages by Registered U.S.
Postal Service and have
it insured for its full value. Request a return receipt from the post office
so your order can be tracked.
