Shipping & Returns

Return and Exchange Policy:

1. You have 30 days for a refund or an exchange. You can return the product in its original condition if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

2. If the watch was damaged or you received an incorrect item, please include a note explaining the exact problem with the order.

3. Shipping and handling is not refundable unless you receive an incorrect or damaged item.

4. No returns can be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. To receive your RA number, please contact a customer representative at (717)-283-8349 or select the Contact Us link to send us an e-mail.

5. Any items that have been damaged, abused or altered in any way cannot be returned.

Returning your Order

When returning your order, please follow these Shipping Instructions to avoid having your package returned to you.

1. Call or email our customer service department at (717)-283-8349 or info@almedatime.com to receive your Return Authorization Number. Write this number on the outside of the box next to the shipping address.

2. Please make sure the package you are returning is postmarked within 30 days of the shipping receipt.

3. Please be sure to ship packages by U.S. Postal Service with tracking or UPS and have it insured for its full value. Request a receipt from the post office or UPS to track your shipment.
